During a carnival parade the harlequin king cart is pulled through the streets by his lion dogs. A jumping jack is playing the flute while the harlequin king holds his chicken frog sceptre. Bird lady who is hanging out her window is holding a long legged bird by its legs and prevents it from flying away while she laughs. In the alley at the right a lone gunman assassin is waiting for the parade to pass and ambush the harlequin king. Is he an avenger? A cross between badman and SpongeBob is walking to the side of the parade. The flute is played by an interesting bard.
